After creating your account, you receive a 15 day Trial period, during which you can test the whole range of functionality available on ShopMania BIZ. You can cancel your account at any time.
Before the expiration of your Trial period, you will have to select one of the paid membership plans, Premium or VIP, in order to keep your access to the advanced functionality for managing your online shop.
If you don’t select any of the paid plans until the expiration of your 15 day Trial period, your ShopMania BIZ account will automatically be downgraded to the Basic plan.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you may upgrade your plan at any time. Choose a plan that suits your needs today, and upgrade whenever you need it. The new plan becomes active when we receive your payment.
Can I cancel or downgrade my plan?
Yes you can. ShopMania BIZ does not have long term contracts. However, if you decide to cancel your plan before its end date, we will not provide a refund for the remainder of the period.
Is my data Safe?
Yes, all your personal data is encrypted and stored in secure servers which are constantly backed-up. And we won't share your details with anyone.
Can I keep a copy of my data offline?
All Premium and VIP plans come with the ability to export and backup your products, orders and customers locally in CSV or Excel format. You can also use our data export API to integrate your store with third party softwares.
Do I have to provide payment information up front?
At the end of the trial, we will send you an email to remind you that your Trial will soon expire. You can then choose if and how you want to pay for one of the available plans.
Do I have to get into a long-term contract?
No, there are no long term contracts. You can choose to pay in advance monthly, every 3 months or every year. Here are our current payment plans (VAT is not included):
- Basic - Free
- Premium - 1 month (£31), 3 months (£72), 12 months (£228)
- VIP - 1 month (£50), 3 months (£120), 12 months (£360)
* If you are not satisfied with our services, we provide you with a full refund within the first 15 days after your first purchase. This guarantee only applies to first time service orders on ShopMania BIZ.
** This is the monthly cost you'll pay if you select the annual package.
*** You can use the email accounts only if you have opted for a subdomain (Ex: name.shopmania.biz) or if you use the ShopMania BIZ nameservers. Alias or forward email accounts will redirect emails you receive to your real email address. The real email accounts can be accessed through a webmail interface. Each email account associated with the domain or subdomain in use has a maximum size of 100 Mb.
**** Building a shop on ShopMania BIZ, regardless of the service plan used, does not guarantee the listing of the products on the ShopMania portal. You can list your products only if your shop meets the requirements of the ShopMania price comparison system.
